Agreement to Be Bound

By accessing, browsing, registering an account with, or making a purchase through this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to be legally bound by the entirety of these Terms of Use. These terms constitute a binding contractual relationship between you and the platform operator, governing every interaction you have with our website, mobile applications, and all related services, features, and functionalities made available now or in the future. If you are acting on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you possess full authority to bind that entity to these terms.
We reserve the right to modify, supplement, or otherwise revise these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason, with the revised version becoming effective upon publication to this page. Should any modification prove unacceptable to you, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue all use of the platform and terminate your account. No waiver of any provision shall be effective unless explicitly set forth in a written instrument executed by an authorized representative of the platform. The platform's electronic records shall serve as conclusive evidence of your activities and interactions, and you agree not to contest their admissibility in any proceeding.

Your Account Responsibilities

When you register for an account, you certify that all information you provide is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. You undertake a continuing obligation to promptly update your registration details whenever there is a material change, including changes in your email address, telephone number, shipping destination, or billing information. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that contains demonstrably false, misleading, or fraudulent information. You are limited to maintaining one account per individual or business entity unless expressly authorized otherwise.
You bear sole responsibility for preserving the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication method. Any activity that occurs under your account shall be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you accept full liability for all purchases, communications, and other actions undertaken through your account. You must immediately notify us upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access or breach of security. You may not transfer, assign, or sublicense your account to any third party without our prior written consent, and any attempted transfer shall be null and void.

Ownership and Use of Content

All content displayed on the platform, including product descriptions, images, photographs, logos, trademarks, audio and video materials, software code, user interface designs, and the overall selection and arrangement of elements, is the exclusive property of the platform operator, its affiliates, or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws and international treaties. No right, title, or interest in any platform content is transferred to you by virtue of your use of the services.
You may access and view content solely for your personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or creation of derivative works from platform content is strictly prohibited without our express prior written authorization. You may not use any data mining tools, robots, spiders, or similar automated methods to extract content from the platform. Any content you submit to the platform remains your property, but by submitting it you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content in any media formats and through any distribution channels.

Restricted Conduct

You agree not to engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable. You shall not impersonate any person or entity, forge headers, or manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of content transmitted through the services. You are expressly prohibited from interfering with or disrupting the platform or its servers, including by transmitting viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive or malicious nature.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform or to any server, computer, or database associated with the platform, whether through hacking, password mining, or any other illegitimate means. You shall not use the platform to violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation, including those governing export control, consumer protection, and false advertising. Any violation of these restricted conduct provisions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, cancellation of pending orders, and referral of the matter to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Resolving Disagreements

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms of Use or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations. The complaining party shall provide written notice describing the nature of the claim and the relief sought, and the parties shall have thirty calendar days to attempt a mutually satisfactory resolution before resorting to any other form of dispute resolution. Any dispute not resolved through negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration body.
Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class action, class-wide arbitration, or any representative proceeding against the platform. Each party retains the right to seek injunctive relief from a court to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights. Any cause of action you may have arising out of these terms must be commenced within one year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
